Thanks for the reply, However, Im trying find out about the two bolts, spacers and washers that goes through derailleure to the frame, the bolts are like button head allen bolts, I believe short head to minimize interference with chain and rings

Can someone please post a close up picture of how Shimano E2 type derailleur is attached to the frame? I'm fixing a friends bike, bought it used and front derailleur was missing. I'm not sure how the der. attachment bolt looks like or if there is any washers or spacers there. these derailleur...

Just a clarification: isn’t this a 2012 model? Top frame has solid pieces vs a 2013-2014 has a open frame design ( right above the rear shock) correct me if I’m wrong

I did the otherway round. Started as a MTB rider. I had to adjust my road bike seat to fit my MTB style.
