So, anyone know the current conditions up at Mohonk? I commuted on the fatty today and it was a blast, but here in Bergen & Rockland counties it wasn't nearly enough snow to talk about grooming it.
I just called the Visitors Center to check in on the details. The gent who answered was pleasant and helpful. In addition to the tire width & pressure, the only other 'rule' he mentioned was that the temperature needs to be below 25 degrees F.

This is great news, thanks for sharing! Whoever is up there next, please post some pictures of the signs and trails so we can spread the word. A small group of us from Bergen & Rockland County will be planning a trip up there for sure. Pray for snow!
What do you guys do regarding tube/pump/tools? Do you carry them with you, leave them in the pit, leave them at home and try not to think about it...?

So the CamelBak or bottle refilling is done from one's own stash at the feed zone, not from a hose/keg etc... provided by the organizers?

How do you guys hydrate on these long rides (Stewart 6, Bearscat 50, etc...)?
And I'm not talking about the post-ride booze fest... Camelback? Bottles? It is easy to refill the Camelback at the aid stations? How much do you drink on a 5 or 6 hour ride? School me!
