    This place is amazing. great work by the locals and management. Just did did this park for first time. Lots of ups and downs with single track. I was escorted a bit with a local named Alex who was so kind to show all of the trail heads. Great biker too but you need trail forks to navigate this...

    Frost woods East Brunswick

    I just did a ride in Frost woods and I noticed how many trails have been been opened up with a little bit of maintenance and clearing. The park is a great little gem for local Mountain bikers. More people need to check it out.

    only small sections on white.. its only a 2 mile loop to begin with so any shortening is not good.. The section that used to have the 4 big hand made step ups on the steep switch backs by the access road .
